📜 Terms & Conditions – MobiShop

Welcome to MobiShop, a store specialized in mobile phone accessories. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any order with us.

1. Products

• All products offered are mobile accessories (cases, chargers, headphones, etc.).

• Colors or designs may slightly differ from the displayed images due to lighting or screen settings.

2. Orders & Payment

• To complete an order, the customer must provide accurate details (name, phone number, address).

• Orders will only be shipped after full payment through one of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer.

  • InstaPay.

  • Vodafone Cash.

• If there is an error in product details or pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order after notifying the customer.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days within Egypt.

• Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout.

• MobiShop is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company.

4. Warranty

• Z Plus products (MobiShop brand):6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Other products:3-month warranty provided by the supplier against manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover misuse such as: breakage, scratches, water damage, or any improper usage.

5. Returns & Exchange

• Customers may return or exchange a product within 7 days from the delivery date if it is defective or different from the ordered specifications.

• The product must be in its original condition with packaging and invoice.

• Returns are not accepted if the product has been used or damaged due to misuse.

6. Liability

• MobiShop is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of products.

• The use of products is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

7. Modifications

• MobiShop reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the updated version will be published on the website/official page.

 

📜 الشروط والأحكام – موبى شوب (Mobishop)

مرحبًا بكم في موبى شوب (Mobishop)، متجر متخصص في بيع إكسسوارات الهواتف المحمولة. برجاء قراءة الشروط والأحكام بعناية قبل إتمام أي طلب شراء من خلالنا.

1. المنتجات

• جميع المنتجات المعروضة هي إكسسوارات للهواتف المحمولة (جرابات، سماعات، شواحن… إلخ).

• قد تختلف الألوان أو التصاميم قليلًا عن الصور المعروضة بسبب اختلاف الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشات.

2. الطلبات والدفع

• لإتمام الطلب يجب إدخال بيانات صحيحة ودقيقة (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، العنوان).

• لن يتم شحن أي طلب إلا بعد إتمام الدفع عبر إحدى الوسائل التالية:

  • التحويل البنكي.

  • InstaPay.

  • فودافون كاش.

• في حال وجود خطأ في البيانات أو الأسعار نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلب بعد التواصل مع العميل.

3. الشحن والتسليم

• مدة التوصيل المتوقعة: من يومين إلى 4 أيام عمل داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.

• رسوم الشحن يتم توضيحها أثناء إتمام الطلب.

• موبى شوب غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن.

4. الضمان

• منتجات Z Plus (براند الشركة): ضمان لمدة 6 أشهر ضد عيوب الصناعة.

• باقي المنتجات: ضمان لمدة 3 أشهر مقدم من التاجر ضد عيوب الصناعة.

• الضمان لا يشمل سوء الاستخدام مثل: الكسر، الخدش، التعرض للسوائل، أو أي ضرر ناتج عن الاستخدام الخاطئ.

5. الإرجاع والاستبدال

• يمكن للعميل إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو مختلفًا عن المواصفات المطلوبة.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية مع العبوة والفاتورة.

• لا يتم قبول الإرجاع للمنتجات بعد الاستخدام أو بسبب أضرار ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام.

6. المسؤولية

• موبى شوب غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتجات.

• استخدام المنتجات يكون تحت مسؤولية العميل الكاملة.

7. التعديلات

• تحتفظ موبى شوب بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على الموقع/الصفحة الرسمية.
